Roz Watson, to lead progressive compassionate care for Inspired Living Communities
TAMPA, FL – Validus Senior Living, owner of Inspired Living communities across the Southeast, has added a new member to its executive team. Rosalyn Watson, an experienced veteran of the senior living industry, has come aboard as Chief Wellness Officer (CWO).
“I’m honored to find a home with Validus,” said Watson. “With the help of the amazing Validus team and my passion for working with seniors, I look forward to never having a true ‘work’ day.”
Watson is no stranger to the healthcare or senior living industry. Beginning her career as a registered nurse, she developed hard skills in knowing exactly what it takes to treat and care for numerous health issues. This lends a unique perspective to managing community care as she can provide deep, knowledgeable assistance to each leader’s specific needs.
With over 20 years of additional experience in the senior care industry Watson knows exactly what family and loved ones need to ensure a beneficial, happy relationship between residents and caregivers.
“Validus is already known as one of the best in the industry,” said Watson. “I look forward to transitioning to their team and lending my expertise.”
The Chief Wellness Officer is responsible for many day-to-day factors which impact the resident experience. Watson will provide resources, support, training and mentorship for community leaders to ensure consistent standards for care and services. From the quality of amenities to providing the most thorough care, the CWO maintains the superior reputation Validus and its communities hold.
