Julio Trejo is the mastermind behind our inspired dining services. He is responsible for leading our chefs and designing truly innovative enriching dining experiences for our seniors. He also oversees our service personnel who pride themselves on outstanding dining service that delights our residents. Julio has developed strong working relationships with our team members, and has cultivated a warm bond with our seniors as well. He excels in training our team and guiding our dining program to its spot as a culinary pinnacle in each of our communities.

Julio has 25 years of experience in the hospitality and senior living industries, and a proven track record of introducing new products that greatly exceed expectations for nutrition and taste. He has had direct oversight of our new menu, and has been a key part of launching our expertly crafted dining concepts Grate Eats and MINDFULL Choices. We feel very lucky to have Julio at the helm of our dining program. He plays a critical role in the daily experiences of our residents at each community.

Chef Stephen
Regional Food Service Director

Chef Stephen launched his Inspired Living career at our Lakewood Ranch community, starting as their Dining Service Director. He stood out with his culinary skills and by building meaningful relationships with the residents. Before joining Inspired Living, Chef Stephen spent time as a chef in local country clubs and as the Executive Chef at Baylor University. He has had the opportunity to cook for three former Presidents of the United States, Senators and Supreme Court Justices. He also led a team of chefs into various charity and professional cooking events that served the central Texas communities.

Chef Stephen is now taking that same vision, excitement, and skill into his work as a Regional Food Service Director. He has helped handcraft new programs and bring fresh ideas to life with his leadership. Chef Stephen is a valuable asset to our communities, and his approach of using food to nurture the body and warm the soul is second to none.
